If i could take back the one star that i gave them i would. This by far is the WORST insurance company ever. I have never been so disrespected. Then to be lied to on top of it all. Outraged!!!! This place is pathetic. Buyer beware.

I feel like they can do a better job. They should be able to work with clients when payments are late and not cancel the insurance just because you’re one day late, it don’t make sense.

I have had the worst year and a half with this company. Multiple times I have tried to pay my bill online there always an issue with it. They draft out of the account at the wrong times. Twice I had to make a late payment I have them a two week notice twice and I still got hit with a late fee. The kicker of them all is the fact that my bill was due on the 11th I try to pay but couldn’t because they where closed even tried online.. that Monday July 13 I was hit with a late fee when they are the reasons it wasn’t paid. I had to come in again get pictures of my car taken and that means I had to leave work for this an hour early. This insurance company do not care about the person that hire them. Very disappointing company

Yesterday afternoon Mr. ALONZO B who works at young America insurance was very helpful with adding my daughter to my car insurance policy. He made everything so simple he was pleasant and very very knowledgeable about everything. I told him I had to go to work and he worked with a sense of urgency. I highly recommend you go to see him for any of your insurance needs. I was so grateful for him helping me with this.
