We have been customers of Woomer Insurance for almost 20 years. We rarely have to call them, but when we do, they respond quickly. My son recently went to get apply for his driver’s license. We had everything on the checklist from the DMV website, but we did not have a proof of insurance with my son’s name on it. My son was sent to the back of the line at 4:15 and told he would have to schedule another appointment (currently 6 weeks out) without the proof of insurance. We called Woomer and spoke with Missy. She immediately said you need a DL-123 and told me she could email it to us. It was at the end of the day, and I had no idea she would be able to get it to me so soon. We showed the email to the DMV and was told at that time it needed to be faxed. We had to call Missy back, again at the end of the business day, and she faxed it right away. Missy’s quick response saved us a lot of headache and time. We are grateful to have an agency who cares. Thank you for being so quick and helping us when we needed it!
