WMI Mutual Insurance™ Company (“WMI”) and its predecessor, the Intermountain Oil Marketers Employee Trust, have been insuring individuals and families of the Western Petroleum Marketers Association since 1974. In 1996, WMI expanded its insured base and began insuring members of the Montana Retail Association (“MRA”), the Montana Hardware and Implement Dealers Association, the Montana Tire Dealers Association, and the Montana Restaurant Association. The growth within these trade associations has enabled WMI to develop a strong insured base in several Western States.
