Check their payment policies closely. My rate went up by 30% after being 3 days late. Not to mention the late fee! I will be shopping for a new company.
My elderly mother has insurance with this group and has for a long time. She had a stroke and is forgetful. Her payment was mailed and because it arrived 2 days late her insurance was canceled. This was very upsetting to her and caused her more stress. She had to go to the office to reinstate her insurance. What’s wrong with giving a phone call especially if its a long standing customer? We are looking at a new company.

We have used Western Reserve Group for 7 years and had to file a claim in 2014 for wind/storm damage approximately $15,000 claim. The adjuster and claim representative were both very professional and courteous. We were very pleased with how things were handled in a very timely manor. We highly recommend Western Reserve Group. A+ rating in my book!!
This place is terrible. They told me today they lost my truck in the impound lot . Which is impossible because it has no tires or rims.. instead they let it sit in a pool of water sitting on the frame with window s down for over a week. No response from the adjuster. I suggest an attorney if you need to file a claim.
Great insurance had a accident with my can and they was wonderful in dealing with repairing it and also with the rental. I also have it on my truck and windshield was cracked by a rock from a semi and they had the replace done within 2 days after calling them. Very reasonable rates on both vehicles and my renters insurance.
Pretty overpriced insurance and terrible customer service. Hit a deer and it took over a week of calling to get the claims adjuster to call me back after submitting the estimate to get an update. Later got a new safer car and my rates went up. Was able to save $900 and get more coverage by switching away.
We have two vehicles with full coverage and one with just liability. We have yet to find cheaper insurance premiums. Also I hit more deer than my share and they took very good care of me.
I have had auto insurance for over 9 years (2 cars) and and home insurance since 2018. I have had no problems for auto accident claim (car totaled) and also a basement water leak for my home insurance. Both times the adjusters were responsive and and communicated promptly. Their rates are the most affordable.
Had homeowners insurance through this company for years. Never had to file a claim until recently. Filed in October for a leak that caused my ceiling to collapse. Didn’t process claim until December then replaced roof but didn’t pay for ceiling to be repaired or gutters fixed .Want their premium in a timely manner though. Not happy with their service. Changed insurance company
Didn’t want to rate them at all! Driver’s license is clean. Had one wreck and got a letter in the mail they’re dropping me. Cool! I have 2 vehicles with full coverage on both. Gladly take my money somewhere else and I would STRONGLY advise any and everybody else to do the same. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! GUARANTEED FACTS!!!
David at the pro shop is super amazing. The guy that runs the front desk is finominal. The atmosphere is unmatched. Place is super clean reasonably priced. I absolutely love it there and can’t wait to keep coming back.
