I’ve had years of good, reliable service with this company. Easy to work with and helpful!

I’d had WV insurance for years on my farm and garage apartment … when the duratio came n 2012 it tore up my roof that I had professionallly installed n 2003 and WV INSURANCE wouldn’t cover it bc they said it was installed incorrectly… then n March of 2016 the retaining wall beside my garage apartment fell… called WV INSURANCE AGAIN they wouldn’t talk to me… so I dropped them…. most useless insurance I’ve ever had…. recommend finding any kind of insurance but Wv insurance

I can not imagine anyone having Complaints about this company. I have had them for almost 40 years and have no complaints at all

First of all their website just looks like my claim is going to be denied. Why do they have a gallery of random photos of the state but not a link to file a claim? Or even an email to ask policy questions? Instead you get this list of agents and basically told “pick one near you and I guess give him a call because this website isn’t going to give you any other directions…. but hey we have some unnecessary photos and entire tab dedicated to them instead of info on our insurance.”

Secondly everyone I’ve talked to who HAD this insurance dropped it as soon as they had to make their first claim, which I am now in process of doing. I would bet the remainder of my savings that will probably go to a new flooring that it’s denied with some kind of nice sounding excuse.

Hold your suspense, I’ll update this when they give me the nice excuse.
