The worst, it is better not to have an insurance policy instead of having VisitorsCoverage Inc. It is not worth it, and it is definitely not reliable.

I purchased an insurance policy for a family member who’s visiting USA, and the insurance refuses to pay the expenses because apparently they do not like the statement and diagnosis the doctors provided to us. We even gave them new documentation after requesting it from the clinic, they just ignore us…

Absolute worst insurance ever. i paid extra for coverage of acute episode of a pre-existing condition. I checked all of the boxes, for example, condition was stable, no new treatment, under 70 years old etc. Then when I did have a need for the insurance, I called and was assured it would be covered. However, they did not cover anything. Save your money and look elsewhere. Like others below, I would like to sue them, but it is too complicated since I am abroad. They take advantage of people.

I was pleased with how easy it was to find a policy that suited me through their website. They also helped me navigate and purchase the plan all in the same place so I didn’t need to spend a lot of time going through paperwork in numerous places. I removed a star because I was disappointed with the lack of suitable options and hope they will add more options for ex-patriots (with US citizenship) traveling to the USA in the near future.
