Excellent organization to work for. Great focus on EE health and wellness.

Theo

I learned a great deal working here and enhanced my knowledge and skills and enjoyed working with the employees. Great management that was supportive and the company had a great culture.

Freddie

The pay and benefits were great. The work itself is fine, and the training is very thorough. They tout promoting a healthy work-life balance, but the actions don’t show it. There are some people in management, including upper management, who don’t demonstrate good leadership skills. (Not all, but enough in which there is an impact.)

Freddie

I’m sure other departments are different, but the legal department is the worst place I’ve ever worked. Management will get rid of you if you’re not part of the gossip/backstabbing group. I didn’t have insomnia/anxiety issues until I worked there, now it’s a problem I can’t seem to get rid of. The stress level in that office is ridiculous, and the manager believes in micro-managing (a fact she openly admits to).

Thomas

Although the compensation is great! You will definitely put in your work for it! Understaffed and can’t keep up with the turnover. The tough job with high demands.

Henry

Probably not as bad as some other places. Limited chances for promotion s. Good benefits and mission. Work and life balance are not really that good.

Jacob

Great place to work, but hard to get ahead. Lots of politics are involved and promotions don’t always go to the right people. The new CEO seems to be correcting that.

Salem

Employees in the claims division are overworked and underpaid. The other divisions seem much better and have a better work/life balance. Just stay out of claims and you’ll be fine.
