I am always absolutely pleased with the service my personal lines agent, Heather provides out of this HUB location.

I made a move from Montana to Arizona about 8 months ago. I worked for HUB in Montana for 2 years, so I know how difficult the job of an insurance agent can be. When I got my new job in Arizona I naturally decided to go with HUB for my coverage here.

From the beginning of the quoting process all through these 8 months, every encounter I’ve had with Heather has been excellent. The quotes she provided me were quick and thorough, with accurate coverage. She never misses a single detail. If I ever require a change to my policy, she responds every time within the hour confirming she has requested the endorsement. Heather’s awesome service will keep me with this HUB office for years to come!

Since buying Wells Fargo, not once did they ever try to review my policies. When Encompass greatly increased my auto insurance rates without cause, I asked Sean to review other companies. This was a week before my policy renewed. After six days I had not heard back from him, so I phoned. He was on another line so I left a message to phone me as soon as he could. I have not heard from him, or any one else again. I started shopping myself and found numerous sources that would give me better coverage at much less cost. I went with another independent agent who was able to get better coverage on both home and autos through Traveler’s for half the cost. Very poor customer service.
