I switched to USAgencies after my previous policy termed last year & everything I thought went smoothly; however I couldn’t have been more mistaken. The agent at my my local office didn’t properly perform her job and pertinent documents were not scanned. With that, a discount offered because of previous coverage was removed and subsequently, I was charged extra for her neglect. I was unable to get a straight answer as to why this happened to my policy from aforementioned agent, and started calling every number I could find for USAgencies.I spoke with supervisors, underwriters, and nothing was done to correct the error made by that agent. Clearly, the way she handled things wasn’t for me and i was not taking the risk of her making another folly, so I delightfully did not renew my policy.

The young woman at this location was very attentive, genuine, and professional when helping me with my issues and concerns. She exhibited compassion and patience while I asked numerous questions. I could tell that she wasn’t just there for a paycheck, but she enjoys what she does so I highly recommend this location.

Almost everytime you need to go into the office there is no one in there. They definitely need more employees in office!
