Horrible company. I file claims, get calls and saying I don’t have coverage with that company. I persist bc I know I do and they say oh sorry that was a mistake. Then anytime you submit information you have to wait 10 to 15 BUSINESS days for a response. God for bid they want any additional information bc that time period starts over. This company is a scam and they will do anything to get out of paying you. I would never recommend.

Deny a claim using the judgment of an RN over a medical doctor. This is wrong! They only care about getting the monthly premium and screwing others over only so they can fulfill their greed. When a medical doctor says you are not fit to be released to work yet how can an RN go against that judgment. Hire a doctor to make those calls not an RN. This insurance company is only after your premium and if something happens where you need to make a claim they will do the minimum and force you to either lose your job or go back to work before your body is fit to do so. Save yourself money and skip this insurance.
