I have been a customer of Lynne’s for almost a year now and, while I don’t need to talk to her much, she has been nothing but helpful in trying to find me the best insurance policy and has ensured that I get the best value. I live in Dover now, but intend to keep Poland and Sullivan as my insurance agency for as long as I can.

Becky did a fantastic job handling our car insurance. We had been on the fence about switching but she made the process so easy. I will definitely be referring her to others!

Worst company out there!! Buyer be where I have 2 buissiness and used them for years then when I made a claim they would not pay and ran me around in circles

Really poor level of support. Insurance agents are favored and they work you around. Wouldn’t recommend if you own a business

My son & I were driving a November evening, w/o warning, we were hit head on by a couple of young guys who ran the light but the impact damaged their rear quarter panel, shoved in wheel, broke axle so they didn’t get far, trying to run from scene. Thankfully I had a few Good Samaritan drivers who stopped & were great witnesses. I had just switched to Umiliak the month before, thank god!!! My lack of credit history, according to Progressive had me at $1200 every six months for bare bones coverage, I always paid my bills in cash & never built up my credit score cos I disagree with its tiered system, where Umiliak took me on, at a lower rate with better coverage, (I have decent driving record) and so I filed my claim the next day, w/o hassle, and started looking for attorney & medical providers. I’m grateful to have an awesome auto insurance carrier that helped us, w/o any inconveniences and got our lives back in order. Any insurance company that looks at a driver as human rather than a credit score number deserves great drivers and my business. You Rock🎶, Umiliak 🎵and I’m sticking to you🦋

This company refused to take my final payment not because they couldn’t but because the lady manager wouldn’t. Then turned around and sent me to collections. They were extremely disrespectful on the phone . They dont care about there customers they only care about there money. They tell you one thing and do another.they increased my rates over 100% but I got a letter stating it may increase up to 10%. . I have never in my life heard of a company refusing to take money. But this one refused. Horrible company disrespectfull staff.

I haven’t had to file a claim yet. But they have been prompt to respond and reasonable for insuring my house in alaska.
