Been over charging my parents and me for years. I switched and got 75% off my end bill I was sick to my stomach when I saw how they had been ripping me off! Then when I told them to cancel my police the girl refused to do it! I had to call over three weeks and finally she said she was waiting for me to get new insurance…. just sad rip off

Our policy was 1200, they changed our total a month before it was due by 1000 dollars. When we cancelled them, 3 days later they sent an invoice to our mortgage company requesting to pay… basically stealing our money… when we already had a Geico policy in effect a day after we cancelled Turrentine.
DONT INSURE WITH THIS THIEVING COMPANY!
Extremely bad company to do business with, I recommend to stay away from this company, they will not service the contract for which they received payment up front. During this 2/16/21 bad freeze I received no cooperation with my claim and after a month still waiting to get paid for the damages. I am afraid I will have to hire assistance, because of this broker’s failure to service the contract. They will gladly take your money but fail in providing service. Please be aware
