The most complicated company to deal with, they lie about the instructions they give you to make the paperwork move through smoothly then hide and will not get you to upper management when the customer service has made major mistakes to file paperwork through their overcomplicated system. Health care should not be a game when it comes to peoples health

They’re denying mental health services to my dad which is in desperate need of them . They’re trying to charge $500 just to see a therapist and to top it off they pay only 20% of my dads heart failure medication. There’s nothing more to say then to just STAY AWAY FROM TUFTS

Update: So now on top of all those issues his heart medication suddenly went up again in out of pocket price leading to hospitalization. I’d personally feel at peace knowing no one else has to go through this with their family members with this insurance company PLEASE STAY AWAY!! (Keep charging no one is EVER getting money)

DO NOT BUY A PLAN FROM THEM! I had a $90 copay and a $3500 deductible! This was supposed to be an affordable plan. They don’t care about the needs of people. Horrible company.

The worst doctors around I would stay far away from this place. I do not like to be negative or pick out things so I will not speak on how terrible this office is. Just that you should do anything possible to find a different doctors office.

Not only is this plan expensive and useless. Can’t even afford to use it. (50 min “consult” aka new patient appointment cist me $600) and now I’m being told that the gym membership reimbursement I submitted is being declined because I go to a gym that is all classes…read: things you actually have to participate in vs hitting the sauna or the tanning bed. This insurance company is a joke.

Good luck getting medication covered. I hear they outsourced their prior authorization services to third party contractors and it shows. It takes about 5 business days of “processing” for you to then find out their team of “clinicians” rejected the claim for no good reason. Hopefully you have a good doctor that doesn’t mind wasting hours of their day dealing with them. Also they definitely doctor search results to make it impossible to find information about how terrible their services are. Avoid at all cost.
