You know I would think a Agency that deals with Triple AAA would pride themselves on the Customer Service and I called to find out if i would be able to talk to Mr. Baste and i was told this morning around 11 a.m. that he was with a customer and as soon as he gets done the lady would give him my information – Now i gave sensitive information thinking that the guy was going to call me back and yet NOBODY has. I think it is Rude to take ALLL your information prior instead of being able to talk to the person before hand and finding out what they are wanting.

Fantastic customer service! Thomas has always gone the extra mile to answer any questions and look for ways to reduce the cost of my insurance while still providing excellent coverage. He and his staff are 5 star. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been with the baste agency for about 10 years, home and auto. Unfortunately I’ve had to make multiple claims over the years, added houses, cars, changed policies, anything you can think of. They have always taken care of me, paid claims like they promise they will, put up with me changing policies back and forth etc. They are great people, with very competitive rates. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

It occurred to me that I have neglected to write a review for my awesome insurance agent Thomas. I consider Thomas Baste as a friend because of his character, integrity, values and dedication to quality. In essence he is a veteran Navy Sailor who runs a tight ship business in a commendable manner. I have trusted this business for over a decade & I have always experienced the staff ensuring that my best interest was addressed. I have sat in the office and overheard some of the most professional sounding conversations from him and his staff. They obviously take pride in their duties & all seem to be happyour to work for their boss. This is a bilingual aspiring business that caters to various individuals, & that’s another thing which impresses me. Customers are treated as the individuals that they are. We have experienced claims using the aid of this office and on each occasion our process was superior to our other experiences with other carriers or that of friends using other providers. Superior is the right word to use when recommending this AAA agent. All of my friends who have switched have experienced cost reductions & better coverage! My review is long over due, & if you’re not serviced by this business it’s possible that a switch is long over due as well. Using this agent will certainly be doing yourself a favior. Terrific courteous, trustworthy, professional, caring, quality, genuine staff. I haven’t found better. Well deserving of our praise. ☆☆☆☆☆

I don’t know if this is the cheapest place because I dont even bother looking for different insurance Jennifer is the best there is! Anytime I call or email everybody there has been super friendly, always helpful, they respond to my emails super fast and have always tried to save me as much money as they could 10/10 do recommend!

We’ve been with Thomas for over 15 years. We really like AAA insurance company. We have been treated fairly with a easy claim process. They have the best rates for auto insurance with a good driving record that I have found. His staff is very professional and courteous. I would recommend that you get a quote from him when you need to renew your insurance. They have Auto, Home and Life insurance. I’m not sure about any other kinds of insurance.

I have been with Thomas Baste Insurance agency for more than 10 years, insuring home, auto and life. I have nothing but good experience with them. Jennifer Beebe has been wonderful in answering questions and going beyond the needs. About few months ago, I inquired about a claim falling off from the policy. She remembered the conversation and emailed me the change in policy when it came up for renewal. I decided to change my car last week and send a list of VIN numbers to get quotes. She has been very patient in answering all of my requests. I had dealt with other team members as well. They are all good. Not to mention their cheapest rates in town. Thank you guys.
