Extremely dissatisfied. After paying for medical expenses for our children for the past 3-4 years, they decided they needed documentation that our kids were dependents…why wasn’t this caught earlier? I have called at least twice a week for the last month and I get told one thing one time, and another another time. First filled out a form that they required….took them close to 4 weeks to send a letter through the mail stating we had to fax birth certificates and marriage certificates. Faxed those yesterday morning…have confirmation it went through…and they claim they didn’t get it. Now gave me an e-mail to use (which of course is an e-mail I have used before and get no response). So frustrating!!!
