Don’t ever insure with this company. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Have spent the last two weeks and countless hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue created by the Hartford. Waited 9 hours for a call back to arrange a tow and then they told me I had no coverage when in actuality I did. Countless promises to “call back and follow up” never materialized. TERRIBLE customer service. Happy to take your money, but no interest in providing what they claim to “provide”. Will be looking for another company.

The Hartford insurance on any day or anywhere is a good company with experience is not at a minimum level Merry Christmas and Happy New year to all.

I am a current customer of Hartford Insurance. I have three cars and three drivers on my policy. I called to ask questions about a house guest I was temporarily allowing to live in my house. The Harford immediately insisted on adding that person to my policy despite the fact that the person has their own vehicle and their own vehicle insurance. The Hartford starting charging me from the moment I made that call. The moral of the story – you can’t help a person in need if you are a member of the Hartford Insurance. No good deed goes unpunished.
