Second time I fix my car here and both times it has been great. Stellar customer service from Raj. He and his team took care of it all and the effort to please was evident from start to finish, something that is rare these days!

Horrible. I’d recommend not listening to TD if they suggest this garage and instead go to one closest to you or one you already know & trust.

Repaired the vehicle properly but did not recalibrate the blind spot monitors correctly. Still wrong after 2nd attempt. Now have to bring it to the dealer to get them to fix it for good. Hours wasted & money lost from work for zero result.

I’m now eager to see who will be responsible to pay the dealer for the additional work.

I took my car in to have the bumper replaced. Lights and cameras were working fine. I picked it up during the day and didn’t think to check the rear lights. Weeks later my neighbour told me my driver side tail and break lights weren’t working. Took my car to a proper place and they said TD Auto didn’t connect the wire to the light, they shoved it into the assembly and just left it. TD Auto had one job……. Fail!

Very disorganized company.. my vehicle was dropped off at this center to be fixed due to someone hitting me, about a week later i get a call that my car is ready, as i go to pick up my car they tell me i have to pay my deductible, but in this whole process of this claim nobody mentioned that their was a deductible to pay and even on my paper the body shop gave me with all the details of this claim it states 0$ deductible.. so without any explanation they just say oh its how this works and charged me 225$ for no reason or logical explanation behind it. I then call my insurance agent to ask him why i was charged and then come to find out the body shop shouldn’t have charged me and that i was indeed right about the 0$ deductible…. Its not about the money its the sheer unprofessional service with zero explanation on the charge and just taking someone’s money for no reason whatsoever.
