Excellent place to start your office … this place host multiple companies accord to floors..

I have been to xenonarc office in this building and it was an awesome experience …

Highly secured and you are not even allowed in to the building until some one escorts you to the building …

Try approaching some one from the office if you want to approach some office …

Have multiple ways to enter which differs for normal and disabled persons …

Very sleazy company. My wife and I have had nothing but trouble and frustration through them and being stuck paying a $5000 hospital bill on top of the $1000 we pay a month for insurance is very depressing. Save yourself from the same hassles by going through someone else.

A nice place of business with a good eatery on the ground floor. Elevators are efficient but somewhat annoying and was not able to use the company directory to get a floor listing, only their office number (2000 = level 20 for example).

My term life insurance policy of 15 years expired. I did not give them permission to roll it into a new policy. They did it anyway and took over $700 per month from my bank account (old policy was $50 per month) for several months before I discovered their racket. I almost called the police.

When I left my company that used Symetra for life insurance, I received paperwork stating I could continue my policy by filling out the Portability

Conversion paperwork and paying the premium. I sent the paperwork, along with a check for 1 year’s premium. I then received a letter stating they did not receive my premium payment so they were denying my request for continuation of my policy. The problem is they actually cashed my check the day before the date of the letter! I called repeatedly, and when I finally spoke to a representative (Sophie) she explained that my payment had been applied to the wrong account, and that it was being corrected. Sophie stated she would let me know when the policy was in place. That was a month and a half ago, and I still haven’t heard back from them. I have since called and left 3 voicemail messages, and sent several email requests, but no response. My next call will be to the insurance commission to file a complaint! Definitely DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITHTHIS COMPANY!

Use Symetra as an agent. People I have spoken to in customer service are always very nice, but we can never get anything resolved. I keep getting the line, “We will call you back when problem is fixed.” Two months later. . . I’m still the only one making any phone calls so I can once again let someone know that my problem is not fixed.
