Morgan helped me get insurance after an at fault wreck. Was super helpful and matched my previous plan for nearly the same payment. I would strongly recommend Morgan at Swoope! A+

I don’t have this insurance but the lady on the phone is really respectful give them a call see what they can do for your insurance needs.

After taking over this brokerage from direct rate, they made minimal effort into contacting me for a missed payment. No e mail, no call, just a registered letter that was never received. Now I’ve been entrapped into 3 years of a near 400% rate increase for non payment??? When contacted they won’;t even contact the actual insurance company in regards to this, what’s the point of having a broker?
