Things with insurance can be very confusing. I was actually educated to understand and ultimately speak the same insurance language. I felt very comfortable asking questions.

I learned proper coverage is very important. More important is customer service. No matter who I spoke with whether it was Jon, Lisa or Kirsten, the result was the same.

This company knows the true meaning of customer service.

Jon has been my Insurance agent for over 12 years his company ensures my rental properties my personal residence and automobiles. Any time I have a question in regards to my insurance he always has the answer. His associates are always very helpful as well. I had an issue in one of my units with water damage and Jon went above and beyond and contacted the rental Center on my behalf. It’s nice to work with a Business that has your best interest in mind . I would recommend him to anyone at anytime.
