I have been with Susman for 15 plus years and they have always been very easy to deal with. I really did not think about giving them a review until 2 weeks ago we had a whirlwind of changes hit us. Thank goodness for Alicia and her fortitude when she realized the increase in our premium she took it upon herself to shop it around for us and oh my god I am so glad she did, after all was said and done she saved us over $1400 a

year.

But wait it gets better in the middle of all the changes we were also in the process of doing a refi well I found out on Friday evening at literally 10 minutes till 5 that we were missing the declaration page from our homeowners policy so in a desperate scramble I called the office and Julie answered I must have sounded frantic but she was calm cool and collected and stayed over a few minutes just to e mail me the document I needed. If you want to do business with a company that actually does care then I highly recommend Susman and Julie you are the epitome of customer service. Thank you

Dirk Aubry at Susman Insurance Agency is far and away the best Insurance agent I have ever worked with. He was able to find me complete coverage for a vacation rental that is located in a fire area. The policy is excellent, and though it covers more than other quotes I received from other brokers, it is less expensive. He also found me a great renter’s policy. Dirk is never too busy to take time and put in big effort to do the best possible work for his clients. I can’t say enough good things about him.
