After getting bombarded with calls from some sketchy and extremely pushy insurance agents, I was feeling overwhelmed. Luckily I eventually discovered Tom who was friendly, patient, credible, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the application process which made my entire experience stress free. I’d recommend him to anyone.

When ever I heard the word “Insurance” I used to feel exasperated, overwhelmed and wanted to run, because that’s what most others make you feel but not Rica..no… he has understood my personal insurance requirements perfectly and knew exactly what suited me.. never been pushy or demanding.. he only listened to my rambling and gave me the best.
