We had Mr. Scaggs shop our autos, boat and home coverages as we had been with the same carrier for quite some time. Andrew was professional, pleasant and confident in his interactions with us as he gathered the necessary information from us to shop our coverages. He even came to our house to make sure he was covering our home and contents sufficently! We have NEVER had any of our past insurance agents EVER come to our home to make sure they had the home/contents properly covered! Then he scoured the markets to get us the best coverages at the best prices – the results? He saved us over 30 PRECENT from our past costs! Needless to say we promptly changed to the Skaggs Agency for all of our coverages. But the great service hasn’t stopped since we signed up for their insurance; every time we reach out to Andrew he responds promptly and is always a very polite and cheerful professional! Skaggs has been great to work with. I’ve been with them for at least 15 years. They’ve always been very prompt and eminently capable when I had questions. Also important is that adjusters have been easy to deal with (one said that instead of patching my roof after a hailstorm, it had to be replaced). I’ve had a few big-to-me claims (kitchen flooded and roof damage), and I’ve had no problems.
