Just had the worst experience with Paula at this agency. She needs a course in charm school. We, as customers, are paying you for a service. The first rule of customer service is: “the customer is always right”! If you have a problem with that, you need to find a kind, patient way of dealing with whatever issue you have at hand. Never should you yell at the paying customer and tell them they cannot speak until you are through ranting!
