I am highly discouraged in this company’s effect to serve its customers who are the reason that they get paid and even have a job. When I read the reviews posted, I was not convinced that an insurance company would be this bad but It has proven itself. In the case of an emergency, you will call the customer service number and the company’s number and for hours, it will continuously ring. I have been trying to get my sister on my insurance for almost a week and every time, an agent would either tell me that they didn’t receive some sort of letter or just something as a means of excuse but today is my last day trying to contact them and if I don’t get a satisfying response, I will drop this company. If you want to serve the public, be prepare to do so. Just tired. Most frustrating thing is, they girls don”t even answer the phone. What kind for service is this?
