I called the corporate number for a price on an insurance upgrade. I asked about something that my property owner said was covered with a $50 deductible. The woman on the phone said that they did not cover this, so I added the extra appliance coverage. Once I saw the paperwork I noticed it is now a $500 deductible!!! I immediately canceled but they must send a check though I paid by card. They deducted the payment next day yet they can’t use the same software to return? Oh…. And I had the policy for about an hour so they deducted $5 for the time I had it. I guess I should ask more questions before signing up for anything and not assume the person on the phone is actually listening
