I had a great experience with Tri-State with my auto and renters insurance. They were so helpful and understanding. I have no knowledge of insurance and they explain everything so I would understand and gave me difference scenarios and examples so everything would make sense. I will always be grateful for the extra time they spent because I now feel fully cover if something ever happens to my apartment or car.
Tri-State provided excellent service! While shopping for auto insurance, I contacted a lot of online companies but they were all unable to answer any questions. I’m a careful shopper so I like to have the knowledge before I buy. I contacted Tri-State and the representative took the time to explain the coverages to me (which no one ever did before!).
