Really disappointed with Safeco….. made a switch with another company and so far really happy with them

I recently filed a claim, and man was I blown away by the level of service I received and the speed of the process. It’s safe to say that I will be a Safeco customer for years to come.

Ok so due to the body size pot hole on 40th and Holgate I ended up with yep you got that right not 1 but 2 flat tires F–k I have a nice car lower profile tires and they are not cheap but not to say that the pride of Portland the transportation crews but where this really failed was with my own Insurance company Safeco a subsidiary of liberty mutual so they had orderd me a wrecker within the hour the truck had arrived at the light right in front of me good ol truck 394 was giving me minute by minute arrival time and yep you guessed it he just drove right past me so I called Safeco and they said they were sorry but the driver had canceled the call I said what are you kidding me so after 3 more hours the Tow God Showed M&j towing total professional and a really good guy took care of my BMW 550 I as if it was his own and completed the job within 20 minutes tops and left me with a wave and a good luck so I was not in the place to give a tremendous tip but I gave him the 17 I had in my pocket and again it holds true don’t shoot the messinger shoot the author…….Peaceout I will be getting a new insurance policy tomorrow after I cancel my policies with Safeco

We have Safeco for our homeowners insurance. The price is great. But anytime I need something I have to talk to no less than 5 people and have at least 3 failed transfers. None of their customer service agents seem to know where to transfer me for help and it’s always a cold transfer so I repeatedly get hung up on by their system. Get it together Safeco!
