I’ve been trying to renew my flood insurance policy since October of 2020. It is now January 2021 and they just issued my insurance today when the payment was made on December 3rd. I have been calling about once a week and have spoke to Erica, tracie, Mike, Jose, Alfonso and probably more of them but I can’t remember names. Jose was very unprofessional taking my payment and never making sure that my policy went through. My mortgage company was trying to reach them for a policy, which Route 66 never provided, it lead to my mortgage company charging me 3 times more than need for flood insurance. I finally called to speak with a manager Noelia and even she took more than a week to issue my insurance. I called a different insurance and they got my policy done in 2 DAYS!!! This insurance is not profesional and should care more about their customers. I do not recommend to anyone! Now let’s see how long it takes them to cancel my policy and give me a refund.

He is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with all my questions. He found a rate for my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee that is less than I was paying for my 6 year old Chrysler 300.
