Our office had a patient come in for a Work Comp Case and it was through RAS! We have never had to deal with them but have had a ton of issues with other work comp agency and we were a little nervous it was going to be the same thing for this company! But, it was completely different. We were in constant communication with the adjuster, when they felt the patient met preexisting condition due to our notes they didn’t let us continue a case and didn’t leave a huge bill for the patient because we didn’t know the case was closed! Instead They called us right away and explained it to us, and even sent a letter so we could show the patient and explain to them everything as well! We also had many questions about the case and the adjuster was amazing and answered them all and never made us feel stupid! We having nothing but positive things to say about this company!
I have unfortunately had to file two Workmen’s Comp. cases this past year with two separate Workmens Comp companies. RAS is far superior to the other company I had to deal with. RAS has been responsive, reliable, and reassuring throughout the whole ordeal! Laura my Workmen’s Comp. agent has been superior at handling all my issues! I appreciate all RAS has done for me!
Worst company to work with. Melissa is my claims agent, and she never responds to me. I had surgery in Feb and so waiting to get paid. I will send an email and it’s weeks to months before I hear back from her. Called and spoke with a supervisor, Cheri, thought things might get better as she initially responded in a day. Now, now she quit responding too. They could care less about a person. It’s pathetic!
