Awesome is all I can say. Save yourself trouble and money surprisingly by choosing this locally owned insurance company. Nice to have someone local to call in case you need questions answered. I’ve quoted many companies, and riddle was not the cheapest but they will take care of you. My parents had a claim during the ice storm (like everyone else) Cincinnati insurance took great care of handling their claim in a timely and professional manner. They even replaced damaged trees!
