I would never buy insurance in my adult life unless it offered roadside assistance. I am a fifty year old male who has used roadside assistance all my adult life once I started paying my own insurance in 1996. I need to use roadside assistance recently. I called and they gave me the run around about codes I didn’t understand once I got on the phone with the service who sends the tow truck. Then they said I had to pay the tow truck 75 dollars I didn’t have at the time. But I have roadside assistance because I would not purchase insurance for my auto unless it was available. I am a sensible person. They failed to give me the customer service even after I called the the office of Amigo Insurance company in Atlanta GA. It caused my car to be towed to another country. Coatumg me 360 dollars I just don’t have. Thanks rate force. I will be changing my auto insurance provider as soon ad I can.

I did all my paperwork electronically after my quote. It only took 2 minutes to pay print and sign online. Very professional and thorough. I won’t go anywhere else for car insurance.
