Double charged on my premium payment. Customer service is not interested in giving the 900.00 dollars back. Huge pain.

When my grandmother passed away in 2017 she did prepare a trust fund for me that WAS NOT supposed to be touched by anyone other than me until i was 18. When i say no-one i mean ABSOLUTELY NOONE. Today i called because i am getting close to the age of 18. This company GAVE 5 GRAND TO MY MOTHER WHO DOES NOT HAVE CUSTODY OF ME NO MORE even though it wasn’t to be sent to anyone. The customer service woman could not even give me a reason WHY it was sent out and basically said there was nothing they could do even though they are at fault for violating a policy and now i have to sue. Do not invest in this company at all ! I cannot even make up how angry I am.

Physicians Mutual has been the absolute worst dental insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been a customer since 2018 and have had terrible experiences trying to utilize the insurance coverage and an even worse experience trying to cancel. The company doesn’t readily publish how to cancel the policy (outside of the original agreement document) and requires a handwritten and signed letter to be postal mailed in (which I finally was able to get the information on after some digging). Bad service, bad coverage, bad company. Do not recommend.

Medicare Supplemental Insurance policy holder. Never had a problem with them. Customer service seems to be readily accessible and friendly. Easier to deal with than most insurance companies. I have no complaints.

Great customer service! My parents had both Medicare Supplement and life coverage through this company. The Medicare Supplement paid for their medical expenses and when they passed away they were extremely empathetic and made the entire claim process easy.

This company has been defective with my service completely. First, they took out my January premium at the end of November without telling me, and put me in overdraft, when it m. Common sense to me is that they would take the premium in December for a January start date. I asked them to cancel my policy in December after getting a cheaper policy from another company. I’m.still waiting on the return of my premiums in January.
