I called them on last Friday to ask about the insurance plan. While all agents were busy, I agreed to let them call me back at 9 am on next morning – Saturday. I was waiting at 9 am on that Saturday but they would not call me until 10 am – I figured it out later . An agent named Paul called me and probably the connection was not good, I kept saying hello. Then, I did not hear anything back.

I’ve been doing business with PHP for the last 6 years and have not encountered any issue with their service. Staff are always very polite and friendly, professional and efficient.
