Since moving to Chicopee, Phillips has offered me wonderful customer service regarding my insurance needs. My phone calls and emails are always answered or responded to quickly and professionally and if I have any questions or concerns, they have always been there to help, especially when filing claims. I would recommend Phillips to anyone looking for an insurance agent!

Our company has been doing business with Phillips Insurance for well over a decade; health, dental, disability, inland marine, all of the insurances! We are a very small company but are always treated like we’re a big deal. I bombard them with an inordinate amount of questions (insurance can be wicked complicated), and always receive a swift and thorough response and not a hint that I am being a pain with my relentless queries (I am totally a pain).
