Our dog was taken ill while we were on holiday and we had to take him to an emergency vet.

On returning home I filled in the online claim form which is very simple and easy to use. Within a week we have been contacted to inform us that our claim had been processed and the payment will be due back.

We have found Petplan to be more than excellent to deal with and would recommend them to anyone.

Petplan are just absolutely amazing, they have been so great with any claims that I have made in the past and present times with my gorgeous Oscar now under going Cancer treatment. I cannot praise them enough. /Thank you Thank you Thank you for you being so good and this helps us through these times of worry with our Dogs health you are helping to be able to get him the treatment he needs and keep him as healthy as we can at this time. Petplan provide an absolute brilliant insurance facility for your pet. We have just claimed for our dogs injured paw treatment and the claim was literally paid within a few days. No questions asked as they dealt directly with our vets to confirm. You just fill out the simple claim form and that’s it! It may be a bit pricey for the monthly instalments but so so worth it for peace of mind.

We’ve been with Petplan for a few years now and never had an issue – until now. Claim submitted almost a month ago, the vet practice shared all the necessary information a few days later and we’ve still not received our money back. Absolutely no communication and generic updates of “;there isn’t an update” when chased.

When you pay for a premium service, that’s what you expect but it seems like Petplan is going significantly downhill. Working in the pet industry myself I’ve been recommending Petplan to everyone but will certainly stop that.

Fantastic experience! Ive used Petplan for quite a few years and have never had to claim. Recently i had to claim a few hundred for vet treatment for one of my dogs. The vet sent the claim and Petplan paid out within 2 weeks!

They may not be as cheap as some insurance providers you find on comparison websites but the great service i received shows it really pays to have the best for your pets. Thank you for making it so easy Petplan

I’ve been with Pet Plan for years and currently have 5 cats insured with them. The service is brilliant and they really do work quick to resolve claims. Efficient and friendly – which is what you need when you are dealing with poorly pet. They also keep you updated at each stage of the claim (what’s happening) and once claim has been processed they notify you of exactly what has been paid. Customer service is also very friendly and understanding. Absolute 5 stars.

Our Puppy was taken unexpectedly ill on New Year’s Day and we had to go to the out of ours vets. The treatment they gave him was excellent but expensive due to it being a bank holiday.

Without our pet plan insurance we would t have been able to have afforded the full care out puppy received.

Making the claim was really simple and pet plan kept me up to date throughout and only asked for one additional piece of information regarding the claim.

It couldn’t have been easier and having this insurance enabled us to get the best possible treatment for our puppy and help to get him back feeling better again.
