This company allowed one of its insured commercial drivers to hit me and run from the scene of the crime without accepting my claim. TERRIBLE customer service! Do not work with this company. Aweful!

There was no spot for zero stars or negative star, so I had to put one star which is high for this companies customer service. I had commercial insurance with Northland through my agent Martens Johnson. This company has show they are a band of thieves – move on to a better company would be very good advice to anyone considering doing business with Northland. Again, they are thieves. I wish I would have stopped doing business with them through Martens Johnson years ago had I actually know the kind of company Northland is and what low, low goals of customer service they really hold true. Take this advice, or as an omen to reading this, you are considering the wrong company if you are considering Northland!
