Noble Public Adjusting charged me a flat rate fee and at the time of my settlement, sent an additional invoice of $15,000+!!! Do NOT hire Noble. You will regret it, they are uneducated and scammers. Please protect yourselves, they prey on people who are desperate for repairing their homes and have high settlements.

We realized we need someone to help with our Hurricane Michael insurance claim and Noble was recommended by others in our situation. Susan and Emile were quick to respond and thoroughly inspected our home. They found issues we had no idea we were experiencing. Our insurance company either had not noticed the problems or had neglected to tell us. They’ve helped with any questions we’ve had and also provided support when dealing with inspectors. Cannot recommend them enough, the only thing they could do better is just finding a contractor for you. They more then tripled my claim from the initial one I got from my insurance. Emile and Suzanne were great to work with

As a General Contractor, I’ve worked with many public adjusting firms during my 20 years in the hurricane restoration industry and in general I have been disappointed in the low level ethics and lack of sympathy for what homeowners go through in a natural disaster. Noble and their team are the exception. Robert Walker and Adam Long have been amazing to work with and continue to impress me in their compassion to rebuild Panama City after Hurricane Michael. If you can be patient, Noble has a process you can trust that will result in getting the amount you need to repair your home. Highly recommend!
