Not impressed with this office. I called a specific agent twice for an appointment, no answer. I called the receptionist, and said I needed to make an appointment for my husband. She asked if I was on the policy, I said no I just need to make an appointment and I specifically said I don’t want any information on his policy. I really don’t care, I just want to help him get an appointment. She then went on to tell me MULTIPLE TIMES she could put me through to an agent but they couldn’t tell me anything about the policy. I find it degrading that when I stated specifically from the beginning I didn’t want any information, just an appointment, that I would still be treated like I’m “digging”. She put me through to a different agent. Guess what? No answer. I left a message and have yet to hear back. I’m so over New York Life, my husband will most likely be canceling this policy due to the horrible customer service we receive everywhere we go with this company.

Excellent company with people who are concerned about your financial security. Everyone is very professional, courteous, and team oriented to finding solutions.

My experience with Tom Cudahy has been better than great. He worked with me to secure a policy that would protect my wife and kids should anything happen to me. He showed me how to insure my kids will be protected and how to grow a policy for them. I can’t say enough good things about Tom. I will continue to trust him to advise me on all of my future insurance needs!
