Every time my daughter needs a special procedure it gets denied. Basic procedures.
Instead of approving an MRI, they want you to go to several physical therapy sessions to see if that helps before approving an MRI.
I spoke to a caseworker & she said I’m not the 1st person who has told her most authorizations get denied. I have more stories, but you get the picture. The 5 stars are from employees. This “company” is a scam, choose a different option.
My mom has been waiting 2 years to be approved for a hip replacement. She finally got approved and her last scheduling appointment was a month ago. It was up to Nebraska Total Care to push everything through after that appointment. One day before her surgery, the Dr. office still hadn’t heard anything from them so her surgery had to be cancelled. I’ve tried to call them numerous times and every time I get cut off after waiting for 20 minutes. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I have had several interactions with customer support, as we opened up a new clinic. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and patient with our questions.
