We have waited six weeks for details about our claim. They have had the adjuster’s report for a month and have not gotten back to us about whether or not our check will be issued. There is mold in our house! We have to call all the time, they promise return calls, and we get nothing back!

Have not been living in my home for 2 years and I get a claim denied. I would recommend that you never use this company. My home needs real home owners insurance not this fraudulent company. I need home insurance HELP! All they give me is 👎 no help from them but they sure love my monthly payment and that premium paid on time. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

If you sign with this company be prepared to never file a claim. I was with them for 5 years and I never filed a claim until last September when I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom. I have owned this house for only 6 years at this time and they sent out an appraiser and a roofing guy who brought out 4 big drying machines for a week (2upstairs and 2 downstairs). he also cut a 5″ square out of my downstairs ceiling to help it dry out. I was told that my claim was denied due to not maintaining my home. The “agent” I spoke with said she couldn’t do anything about it and the claim was closed. 4 months later they refused to renew my policy in June 2019. They were nasty when I called them and I recommend if you sign with them, make sure you read your policy very carefully and question everything.

Horrible company. Raised my rates over 3600 dollars this year. For what? Never had a claim and have been paying them almost 2000 a year for the last 5 years. They are crooks. Find another company, I am.
