I recently switched all of my insurance products to Midland Empire Insurance Agency. This includes both personal and business policies. I wish I had done so sooner as it’s been a day and night difference working with a local company. I’ve been able to manage major policy changes and start new policies with a simple email or text message. Everyone I have worked with at Midland Empire Insurance Agency has demonstrated excellent customer service and they genuinely value my time as much as I do. We use Midland Empire for our business and personal insurance and I am truly amazed by their service! I completely understand my policies which has never really been the case elsewhere. They take the time to really help you get everything you need and explain the things that you may not. I’ve also needed documents at a moments notice when closing bids for clients and the staff at Midland Empire are always available, prompt, and very responsive! I can’t say enough great things about this company, and have been a customer for almost six years now.

Miland Empire insurance,( formerly Clarks) has been our agent for many years with a number of different companys.they have always treated us very fairly with personal service and a desire to do their best for us. They are extremely helpful, great with communication, competitive with prices, and there for me whenever I need them. Debbie is the agent who always helps me but the entire crew is there when I need them. I would highly recommend getting quotes for any kind of insurance through Midland empire.
