Very unprofessional and judgemental. We had to cancel our policy with them for a few weeks and when we returned. We were told several times,even after an in office visit that jessica would call us back soon. No one did. In the end I called once more and was told the same thing, that jessica was busy and would call me. Never happened. Later that day I received a very impersonal text message from them stating they have checked all there companies and there is no market for MY general liability insurance. Which to me was a flat out lie because I recently had coverage with them. This a very unprofessional and they should be ashamed of themselfs for treating someone like this for there on personal reasons.
