Mcgriff insurance Service is great customer service when I called in today to make some changes to my account and they treated me very well.
I was in need of a great Insurance company that could provide an excellent benefits as well as reasonable cost and I found that in McGriff Insurance Services.
I cannot say enough great things about this company. They are the nicest, professional and customer care firm I have had the pleasure of working with. Staff was so patient helping me with a recent insurance concern.

Excellent service. I have used them for years.
Do not use this company for your employees flex spend accounts. They will ask the employees every time they use their card for an itemized receipt and make you jump through hoops for them to be able to use their money. Choose a different company.
My HSA/FSA accounts were with McGriff for the last five years. Every time I had a need, I spoke with some guy who was “The Practice Leader.” While his title might sound like a villain from “The Matrix” trilogies, he was actually really a great guy and always VERY kind, patient, and helpful. He spent time educating me on what I needed to do as a client to be successful using my cards according to the rules. I’ve since changed employers, who use another FSA vendor, but I do miss the white glove treatment I received at McGriff.
They can’t and don’t want to help with a transfer of insurance. No help at all.
