Terrible customer service. They apparently dropped Nationwide recently and didn’t bother to call me. Because of this, my auto policy with Nationwide did not auto-renew and apparently I’ve now been uninsured for the last two months. I can’t renew with Nationwide directly because I now have a gap in coverage of more than 30 days. AND because it was bundled with my home policy, my home policy rate is going up. Great job guys. Way to take care of your customers.
