I have been with McCool Insurance for many years. We are planning to move to Florida in which I called the office to get details on how to transfer everything down there. The ladies in the office was very nice and helped me get set with an agent in Florida. Everytime I call in to either change something or just have a question everyone I ever talk to is friendly and very helpful. This office and all the people who work n there will be highly missed! Also on a side note the McCool Agency crew came out on 1/22/22 to volunteer on my sons house in Rising Sun and they were able to help him complete some of his hours that are needed before he moves in. Again, I would highly recommend McCool Insurance!
