Rude and very unprofessional. They will want to set you up on auto draft. Do not let them,they will draft when they want to. I have an checking account I pay bills with. Its not my main account. They decided to draft a different day and caused fees, and then got rude when I questioned them. Hung up on me and would not answer the phone. BE SMART AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
