Everyone i have spoken to starting with Becky has made insurance shopping a great experience
We inquired about some Insurance quotes and were told they could help us out. We exchanged some emails but then silence……it appears we were forgotten about with no explanation. Not very professional.
I inquired for insurance and my 2 requirements were my primary and obgyn be in network. We found an insurance with both and I thought everything was good to go. Except 3 months later insurance has stated my primary is not in network so they won’t cover any of the procedures I’ve had done (bloodwork, outpatient surgery..etc). I’ve spent over 20 hours on the phone trying to rectify the situation. When I reached out to my agent I was told they can have primary’s drop off at any time. However, my primary appears on BCBS website still. I feel the whole reason for an agent is to resolve issues LIKE THIS on behalf of the clients they signed up. As of now I’m paying for insurance that has not covered a SINGLE service, although every procedure was in my network and with my obgyn who is also in network. Agents should not allow clients to get the run around because there is absolutely no reason to have an agent when you have to deal with it yourself. All the “pre authorization requirements” the insurance claims are necessary are not the same items listed that need pre authorization in the insurance information packet. I recommend finding an agent who will provide for your needs and not just “sign you up” and then help with nothing. Do not recommend the LEB Group for any insurance agent purposes.
