This company has you complete their form, takes your money and then says they can’t insure you because you are not ‘attending a group event’ and you will get your money back IN 10 BUSINESS DAYS!

I requested from K&K a quote for general liability and property insurance on a 240 square feet garage space that the lessor required under the lease for the space. They sent me a quote for almost $1,200 for the policy. Since the annual cost of the lease was only $5,000, the premium was on the high side of quotes I received from other carriers and I noticed that the quote included a lot of “additional coverages” that I don’t need, I sent them an email with the following question “Is there a way to reduce the premium by getting rid of unnecessary coverage? For example, I don’t need any of the coverages listed under Summary of Additional Coverages.” They replied to my question with the following: “Our carrier has minimum premiums on both policies. Since our quote is not acceptable to you, we will go ahead and close our file.” I was considering just accepting the quote but I am glad I didn’t. Their response clearly shows how little they care about about earning my business.

I am very dissatisfied with this company and the inability to speak to anyone regarding my claim. USA hockey should be looking for some other agency to represent their members. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

It’s different than your regular insurance companies. It’s also nice that there is a place life this making insurance available for high risk sports. I didn’t know where was a place like this.

I have never dealt with an insurance company like this one. They have repeatedly tried everything possible to keep from paying my daughters medical bills that are related to a spinal cord injury that she received at a daycare facility. I have had a ongoing court case with them for years, even after the fact we had a settlement agreement. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

I had a very bad experience with K&K insurance company. I tried to make a claim on my wedding event cancellation because we have no guests attending. My fiance (now husband) and I moved to the city that we planned to have the wedding alone and we have no family or friends that live here. We’re both middle aged and so most of our guest list is older people who don’t travel very much. The location isn’t good so we decided to cancel rather than postpone which is what we would have done if we had known the insurance company was going to cheat us out of our claim. I tried to call their representative but he never returned my calls and just assumed that we cancelled because of the pandemic. They refunded the cancellation policy and wiped their hands of it before even discussing it with me. I felt cheated and ignored and it hurt. I got their insurance through Wedsafe but I wouldn’t recommend them either. They conveniently added a contingency to protect them from pandemic cancellations on the day we paid for the policy. It seems fishy to me because when I tried to pay for it, the payment and policy remained “pending” for just long enough. If the payment had gone through immediately then I would have had the policy before they added the contingency. I’m sure it’s not coincidence.

This is our schools insurance. My son plays football and they conveniently “don’t recieve” paperwork I fax them to pay for his injuries. If you call them make sure you write down the person’s name, and go ahead and face the paper to them ten times, and immediately call them. It takes 6months for them to “process” anything, after you harrass them. Go ahead and pay the claim out of pocket, bc if you wait for them to pay it then you are going to be sent to collections
