I have been using KSA for my personal and business insurance needs for over 7 years. Their staff is always friendly and quick to respond. I switched over years ago when I realized at our home closing that I was paying way more for home insurance than the people buying our house. I haven’;t looked back and specifically avoid the companies that spend millions on advertising – those cost are passed onto the consumer while a local company like KSA passes on good coverage at fair rates.

I reached out to King Street Agency to obtain a quote for a potential purchase in SC. I received a quote and a message from Tracey, who is a Personal Lines Agent. I had questions about the amount of the coverages, and deductibles and sent them via email to Tracey. She picked up the phone and called me so she could explain what the coverages were and how the deductibles impacted the annual fee. Tracey was phenomenal throughout the entire process, responding quickly to my many questions and explaining the coverages required for the property. If I was selecting insurance solely based on the Customer Service I was provided by the 5 companies I reached out to, I would definitely choose KSA solely because of Tracey and her excellent service!!
